結束了馬場的打工換宿
我又回到了農場生活
這次體驗的是維州的櫻桃場
需要的配備很簡單
自己需要準備的只有膠布繃帶(如下圖)、足夠的水、肚子餓要吃的小零食，防曬衣物
服裝沒有要求，穿自己覺得最舒服的工作裝就可以了
農場會提供背帶(要好好保管哦~不然不見也是要賠錢)
After work exchanged in the horse farm, we do the farm work again - cherry farm in Victoria.
There is no dress code.
But make sure to use some sunscreen and wear sort of hat with a brim to avoid sunburn on the neck and face.
Whatever clothes and pants you wear, make sure you feel comfortable.
And make sure you bring enough water.
You may need to buy the bandage tape to protect your finger.
Fruit picking bag is provided by the cherry farm.
(Please keep the bag well or you will lose money.)
一到櫻桃場
馬上有一種熟悉感

When we arrived cherry farm,
we thought it was lemon farm.

一樣需要背帶
扣著箱子採果
Same as picking lemon.
We have to wear picking bag with the lug while we are picking cherries.
(請忽略這搞笑的採果姿勢)

根據快手教的小技巧
了解櫻桃的生長方式後
往內一推，櫻桃就會自己掉下來
但這個原理
我跟我朋友到現在還在摸索
According to the top picker,
the tip is you should know how the cherries grow up.
You could pick them easily if you push them from the right way,
but my friend and I are still learning the ropes.
採完果，裝滿一箱後
我們會像這樣放在樹蔭下
避免被太陽曬到
As the lug is filled with cherries,
we would put them under the shadow so that cherries won't get sunburn.
採果的時候容易被樹枝或樹皮擦破皮
貼膠布繃帶是為了保護手指頭
絕對不是因為受了這麼多傷呀
有一次我拍照給朋友看的時候
我朋友很驚訝的問我：你怎麼受了這麼多傷
You may get hurt easily when you work hard.
Using the bandage tape is to protect the fingers from getting hurt.
I am definitely not getting so much hurt.
When I showed the cherries to my friends,
They all asked me about what happened to my fingers.
我們工作的這個場叫Cherry Hill
這裡的樹都是矮樹
需要的梯子也比較矮比較小
We work in Cherry Hill.
Most of trees here are short,
so we don't need to use the longer ladder.
(最矮的樹和我差不多高呢!)
(The shortest tree is as same as my height)

在農場工作
最大的樂趣就是能一邊採果一邊品嘗
但要小心別吃太多
吃太多櫻桃，會流鼻血的
I like to work in the farm
because I could have a bite while I'm working.
Remember that don't eat too much cherries or you may have a nose bleed.
讓我意外的是
櫻桃場除了有流動廁所之外
竟然還有洗手台
I was surprised that there is not only portable toilet but sink in the farm.
Supervisor會開卡車，載我們換區
這樣就不需要拿著梯子走一大段路了
Supervisor would drive us with truck if we need to change the block.
Then we don't need to bring the ladder to take a long walk.
這是未成熟的櫻桃
有點黃橘色，這樣的顏色就不用採
These are immature fruit.
Leave them on the tree if they look still orange and pink.
這天最高溫來到44度
下班後，Supervisor發給每人一罐冰涼的可樂
It was burning hot day.
Supervisor gave us a cool coke after work.
不知道為什麼
櫻桃場的蒼蠅都會緊緊跟著人
我沒有買專業護具，只好用最兩光的方式擋蒼蠅
其實還蠻有效的呢
I have no idea why the flies follow people all the time.
Because I didn't use the Mosquito Heat Net,
I used the special cap to cover my head.
Actually, it is really effective.
採果的第二個樂趣
就是可以發現奇形怪狀的樣子
這隻櫻桃鴨，真的是讓我笑到不行
There is another reason that I like to work in the farm.
It is I could find something interesting shape of fruit.
I couldn't help laughing about this "cherry duck".
櫻桃季非常短
所以我們必須移動三個地方
分別是Cobram → Seymour → Mansfield
有些人不喜歡一直移動
但我跟我朋友之前在馬場被悶壞了
現在的移動
對我們來說是很有趣的
畢竟每到一個新環境
就會認識新朋友
也會寫下新的故事

The cherry season is very short,
so we need to keep moving(Cobram - Seymour - Mansfield).
Someone may not like to move.
But my friend and I were too bored during epidemic time.
For us,
we could meet new friends when we moved to a new place.
Then we would have new story I could write them down.
