不專業的巧克力塔食譜分享😋😋
這邊的食材都可以在Woolworth或Coles買到
但是手邊沒有擀麵棍和塔模
怎麼辦呢?😩
千萬不要放棄
如果你有水瓶和錫箔紙在身邊
那就沒問題啦👏👏
I want to eat chocolate tart !!!!!

You can buy all ingredients in Woolworth or Coles.
But I don't have rolling bin and cake tin,
what should I do?😩
It's alright.
If you have a waterbottle and the aluminium foil,
you could make a wonderful chocolate tart.👏👏
食材 Ingredients
塔皮 Crust
50g 糖 sugar
200g 低筋麵粉 self-raising flour
1 蛋 egg
100g 冰奶油 cold butter
巧克力餡 Chocolate filling
100g 巧克力 cholocate
100g 鮮奶油 thickend cream
10g 奶油 butter
塔皮作法 Method of Crust
1.先攪拌糖和蛋(這裡的糖我用的是raw sugar)
Stir the sugar and egg.
2.將奶油切小塊後放進麵粉,把他們拌勻至砂礫狀(我用湯匙和叉子拌勻)
Cut the butter into small chunks, and mix them with the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
3.把攪拌好的糖和蛋液加入麵粉當中
Combine them all.
4.攪拌至麵團不黏手就可以了,接著用保鮮膜把麵團包起來,放進冰箱冰30分鐘
Bind the dough until it holds together without too wet or stinky.
Then wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate to rest for 30 minutes.
5.時間差不多後,取出麵團,在保鮮膜上撒些麵粉開始桿麵團
因為我沒有擀麵棍,我用在coles買的水瓶代替,這個水瓶好好用阿~
Take out the dough after one hour, and then roll them on the plastic wrap with some flour.
Because I don't have rolling pin, I use my waterbottle.
6.找一個杯口大小和塔模差不多的杯子,當壓模的工具
To make an appropriate dough,
I take the glasses with rim which is as big as cake tin.
7.因為塔皮要比塔模再大一些,所以我會在壓一下
I would roll the dough again because the dough should be bigger than cake tin.
8.把壓好的塔皮放進塔模,塔皮盡量緊貼塔模
It's improtant to press the dough evenly into every nook and corner of the cake tin.
9.用叉子在塔皮底部戳洞,完成後放入冷凍庫,至少一個小時
Prick the bottom with a fork, and place the dough in the freezer for over 1 hour.
10.將冷凍後的塔皮放入已180度預熱好的烤箱,烘烤約15~20分鐘,烘烤至塔皮呈現金黃色
Heat oven to 350 F and bake the dough until lightly golden, 15 to 20 minutes.
如果你沒有塔模,可以用錫箔紙和杯子自製塔模
If you don't have the cake tin, then you can do it with aluminium foil and any cup.
我先把錫箔紙剪成適當的大小,再利用杯子輔助,固定大小
I cut the aluminium foil into appropriate size, and fix the size with the cup.
我會利用這1小時來製作塔模,雖然塔模有點歪七扭八
Meanwhiel, I would make the cake tin.
Although the handmade cake tin look not good, the crust still taste good.
這次我做了兩個塔模當示範
I made two cake tin as the example.
巧克力餡作法 Method of chocolate filling
1.先將鮮奶油加熱至冒小泡泡
Heat the thickend cream until it bubbles.
2.將黑、白巧克力和奶油完全融在鮮奶油裡
Add the chocolate and butter and stir until melted and smoothed out.
3.將調好巧克力餡倒入已放涼的塔皮中
Pour the filling into the cooled crust
4.可以放點白巧克力當裝飾,然後放入冷藏約1小時,即可享用
拍照前,我已經忍不住吃了幾個了😋😋
You can put some decoration on the chocolate tart.
Then put them in the freezer for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, you can have wonderful chocolate tart.
Before taking the picture, I have eaten some.😋😋
巧克力餡的部分,可以依照自己的甜度喜好調整比例
如果喜歡比較苦甜,也可以用可可粉
這是我用可可粉做的巧克力塔
You can change the ingredients if you like to eat sweeter or more bitter.
The chocolate tarts I made last time were made of 50g coco powder and 50 white chocolate and it would taste bitter.

I have been in Australia one year.
Sometimes I would like to eat some food like cookie, lemon cake, chocolate tart etc,
so let's do it by ourselves.
however I found some recipe, but I don't have the ingrediant or tools.
For example,
I need rolling pin, but I don't have it.
I need cake tin, but I couldn't buy it.
I need breadcrumbs, but I couldn't buy it.
Accroding to these situation, I have my own way to make the food.
