雪山的工作結束後
我跟朋友找到了打工換宿
當時，疫情的狀況越來越嚴重
每天的案例都是四五百起跳
甚至還到七百多😨
政府還因此規定民眾出門要戴口罩
很慶幸可以在馬場打工換宿
在這個情況特殊的狀況下
真的很開心能找到落腳之處🥰
After snowy mountain,
my friend and I decided to do the work exchange.
At the moment, CODVID - 19 was getting worse in Victoria.
There were around 400 - 500 cases per day and even more than700 cases per day.😨
The government also required people to wear a mask when going out.
Fortunately, I could get the work exchange in the horse farm in this bad situation.
I was happy that I could find a place to stay.🥰
我們到達馬場的第一天
一下車就看到熟悉的臉孔!!
竟然是一起在雪山工作的同事們
真的是太巧了🤣
無法繼續在飯店當housekeeper
我們只好當馬的housekeeper
When we arrived at the Northen Warmblood Stud on the first day
we saw the familiar faces who worked with us in Mt. Buller.
What a coincidence!🤣
Although we couldn't be the housekeeper in Mt. Buller
we could be the "housekeeper" for the horses.
食 ( What we eat ? )
農場主人是一對夫妻 (Jan和Peter)
他們非常貼心❤️
有提供吐司、牛奶、果醬、咖啡......給我們當早餐
也會提供培根、豬肉、雞肉、各式各樣的蔬菜當午餐🤤
Jan知道我們喜歡做蛋糕和甜點
還會幫我們買奶油、麵粉、酥皮等材料
Jan and Peter are the host of the horse farm.
They provide the food for us to prepare our toasts, jam, milk, ,coffee......for our breakfast.
And we may have bacon, pork, drumsticks, vegetables......for our lunch.🤤
Jan knows that we enjoy to make dessert like cakes or cookies.
She always buys some pastry, butter and cream cheese for us.❤️

小幫手們會和Jan跟Peter一起在他們家用餐
每次的晚餐都讓我們印象深刻🤤🤤
感覺得出來他們很用心的準備每一次的晚餐
Sometimes, we(the helpers) have dinner with Jan and Peter.
Each meal was really wonderful and impressive.🤤🤤
They are really good at cooking.
宿舍裡的小廚房就像是我們的伸展台
我們會嘗試做各式各樣的點心🤤
像是蔥油餅、檸檬塔、雪Q餅、起司蛋糕......
The tiny kitchen in our accommandation is like our "runway".
We make a variety of desserts like scallion pie, lemon tart, cheese cake, cookies etc🤤
她是Molly，是這邊的馬術師
偶而會和我們一起吃晚餐
晚餐前，Peter和Jan會先做禱告
連狗狗也不例外呢!
She is Molly and a horse rider.
Sometimes we have dinner together.
Before dinner, Peter and Jan would pray including dogs !
衣 ( Uniform )
這邊沒有服裝要求
貼心的農場有提供靴子和外套
你絕對不會想穿自己的鞋子和外套在馬廄裡工作
雖然馬糞不臭，但他們也不香
There is no dress code.
You can get the boots and jacket here.
They are provided by the horse farm.
Trust me, you won't be willing to wear your own shoes and jacket in the stable.
住 ( Where we live ? )
這是我們的廚房~
雖然小小的
但是這裡應有盡有
It is our kitchen.
It is small but there is everything.
工作 ( Work )
這裡的工作沒有像農場這麼勞累
在時間內把分內的工作做完就OK了
基本上，早上九點上工
大約到中午十二點可以休息
休息時間就是午餐時間~
大約下午一點再繼續完成剩下的工作
通常三點半工作就結束了
工作流程大概是這樣
把空的飼料桶拿出來並裝滿稻草 → 清理馬廄 → 餵雞、撿雞蛋 → 午餐時間 → 放飼料桶 → 清理馬廄
The work here is not hard, but you should finish the work in time.
Basically, we start working at 9:00 AM and have a lunch break at 12:00.
We can finish the work from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
What should you do at the work.
Take the empty buckets out and fill them → Clean stables → Feed chooks and collect the eggs → lunch time
→ put the buckets of hay in the stables → clean stables

There is a lot of hay.
你沒看錯!!!!!!!

幸好他們真的不臭
只是有些馬喜歡把便便踩的很扁
有些便便還會在木頭上
You are right!
There is a lot of horses poo.
Fortunally, it doesn't smell bad.
Some horses would step on the poo and the poo would become flat and small.
必須把他們鏟起來丟到後花園
要特別注意馬兒的床
為了讓他們能躺的舒服，更重要的是避免他們磨傷
我們清完馬的便便之後，會把木屑鋪平
We have to shovel the poo.
We bring in wheelbarrows full of sawdust to make their beds deep and comfortable.
We rake the bed of sawdust flat.
Then the horses can live in a clean and tidy stable.
每次餵雞
母雞們都會特別興奮
母雞吃飽飽才會多生一點蛋
The chooks look excited when we feed them.
I don't know if they eat more, they can lay more eggs or not.
馬 ( Horse )
他叫Bradley
是個小帥哥
他大概是所有馬當中
習慣最好的一隻
他不會亂踩便便
吃飯的時候，也不會把草都翻出來
He is Bradley.
He is a handsome boy.
He is the tidiest one because he won't step on his poo.
And he kept clean when he was eating hay.
(第一次看到躺著睡覺的馬)
(It's my first time to see the horse who laid down to sleep.)
他叫Favus
是隻當爺爺的馬
他就像是家裡的一家之主
肚子餓的時候會衝到食物面前
His name is Favus.
He has one son called Fasolt and one granddaughter called Falbala.
He would run to eat the food when he was hungry.

全馬場最乖的馬
It is Fasolt.
He is Favus's son and he is the sweetest horse here.
Falbala
Fasolt的女兒
最調皮搗蛋的馬
只要肚子餓，就會踢門
It is Falbala.
She is a naughty girl.
She would kick the door when she is hungry.
他叫Genevieve
是個小美女，他是整個農場年紀最小的馬
只要伸手，他就會走到面前讓你摸摸頭
超級可愛的~
It is Genevieve.
She is the youngest here.
She always comes to you when you are near her.
She is very adorable.
Bletchley
全馬場最帥氣的馬~~
遠看近看都好帥~~
It is Bletchley.
He is the most handsome one.
Betina是Bradley的媽媽
但是他很孤僻，不喜歡跟其他隻馬或是人相處
It is Betina.
She is the mother of Bradley.
這裡還有一隻懷孕的馬媽媽
看的出來
他的肚子已經非常大了
走起路來也特別辛苦
雖然我們沒能在離開前看到小馬出生
但是能親眼看到辛苦的馬媽媽
也很值得了
There is a foal will be born.
It's shame that we couldn't see the foal before leaving.
他叫Princess
你沒看錯，他擁有巨大的貓砂盆(馬廄)
他是這個農場裡唯一的一隻貓
Jan說，有他在，都不用擔心有老鼠
我們相信他真的很認真工作，
因為我們親眼看見他抓到老鼠，還把它吃掉(起雞皮疙瘩)
但他真的很可愛
很親人也很黏人
Her name is Princess.
You are right! She has a huge cat litter box.
She is the only cat here.
Jan said that she doesn't need to worry about mice because of Princess.
We believe that because we saw her when she was eating the mouse(oh~).
But she is very cute and friendly.
這裡馬的數量比人還多
在疫情這麼嚴重的時候
感覺相對安全xd
The number of horses is more than humans.
It is very safe during the situation of coronavirus.
總結 ( Summary)
剛來沒多久
我就發現我的手機電池膨脹了
不得已只好花錢買新手機
但除了買手機之外
目前為止，我都還沒花過一毛錢
打工換宿雖然沒辦法賺錢
但是卻也解了我的燃眉之急
我暫時不用擔心繳不出房租或是沒錢買食物
a few days after I came here,
my phone's battery swelled.
I had to buy a new phone.
Except for buying the phone, I haven't spent any money yet.
Although I couldn't make money,
I don't have to worry about that because I do not need money to buy food or pay the rent.
在馬場的這段期間
維多利亞州疫情的狀況還是沒有好轉
他們關閉了在維州所有的體檢中心
原本要申請二簽去體檢的我
突然之間也不知道該怎麼辦
目前我還在澳洲努力打拼中
在這疫情的高峰，想要留下來真的要很努力

The situation is not getting better at this moment.
Victorian Centres are closeing on 6 Aug 2020 and our visa medical appointment is cancelled.
After I called immigration, they told me all I can do is to wait.
I am still in Australia although nothing is going as expected now.
We can do it. Let's keep on.
